What happened
We found a domain name and a public business signal that suggested the domain may be relevant. We sent a short email so the right person could decide whether it is worth discussing.
Legal basis
Where applicable, we process limited business contact information under the legal basis of legitimate interest, including GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Our legitimate interest is direct B2B outreach to inform relevant organizations about premium digital assets, such as domain names, that may align with their brand identity, trademarks, or business operations. We aim to keep this outreach relevant to the recipient's professional capacity and provide a clear opt-out mechanism.
Information we collect
We may process a business email address, lead domain, website details, email verification result, outreach status, and delivery events such as bounces, spam complaints, unsubscribes, and replies.
Where it comes from
Data may come from public websites, business pages, DNS and search results, published email links, professional networks, and third-party B2B data providers. We use this information to identify an appropriate business contact for a relevant domain inquiry.
How we use it
We use publicly available B2B contact data for highly targeted, limited outreach. The purpose is to notify relevant stakeholders about domain names that could support brand protection, market positioning, redirects, branded email, or a future digital footprint. We limit communication to what is needed to explain the availability of the domain.
Service providers
This page is hosted on Cloudflare. Outreach email and delivery events are processed through SMTP2GO.
Your data rights and opt-out
You may object to our processing of your data for direct marketing at any time. Each outreach email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact [email protected]. When you opt out, your contact information is moved to a suppression list so you receive no further domain acquisition communications from us.
Retention
We keep outreach records only as long as needed to manage replies, delivery status, legal obligations, and suppression. Suppression records may be retained longer for the sole purpose of honoring opt-out requests and preventing future contact.
